The 2025 MAX! Awards, presented by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, brought together the region’s most talented builders, agents, and marketing professionals for an unforgettable evening of celebration. Held annually, the MAX! Awards – short for Marketing Achievement Excellence -recognize outstanding achievements in new home sales and marketing across more than 30 competitive categories.
This year’s gala event was a true reflection of the dedication and creativity within our local homebuilding community. Distinguished judges reviewed dozens of exceptional entries, and winners were honored with coveted trophies that signify top-tier work and professional excellence.
A few of our builder teams and new home communities shone exceptionally bright at this year’s event. Patrick Kelly of Charter Building Group earned a place in the prestigious Million Dollar Circle as a Platinum Producer, while Charter Building Group also took home top honors for Best Website and Best Print Ad. Stevens Fine Homes stood out with an impressive sweep, winning over 15 awards, including Marketing Professional of the Year for Naomi Wright Bellamy and Professional of the Year for Scott Myers. Stevens also earned seven awards for promotional excellence and five Million Dollar Circle awards.
Copper Builders also made a significant impact at this year’s awards, taking home six MAX! Awards and earning the coveted Little Red Wagon recognition for winning the most awards of the night. These achievements are a true testament to the magnetism and quality of their homes at Sunset Reach.
